You can see the strong bloodlines throw dogs of top conformation and working drives even down through numerous generations! Ylsa inherited the strong drives to compliment her beauty.   She epitomizes the total German Shepherd Dog: intelligent, obedient, healthy, hard-working--and beautiful.

Ylsa  has incredible focus when she works and finds it self rewarding - she is so motivated and has such a wonderful attitude! These drives make training your GSD a snap! However, she is the type of dog who settles in at home and is relaxed - not hyper at all. What a joy!

Ylsa has a number of the top 65 stud dogs of all time (according to the German registery (SV) in her pedigree. Ylsa is sired by 1993 USA Vice Sieger VA Nanto v Dan Alhedy's Hoeve . Ylsa is line bred on VA1 Uran vom Wildsteiger Land, 1984/85 World Sieger (4-4); super producer Palme vom Wildsteiger Land (4, 5-4, 5); Dax Wienerau (5-4); Quina-Quana Arminius (3-3).

Ylsa is a Grand Daughter of top producer Cello von der Römerau  who was famous for producing very hard, courageous, working-character dogs. In both Germany and USA you will find police dogs sired by him or linebred on him. He produces dogs that are easy to handle. Cello is still a very popular dog with those who want German show line dogs that are both workable and gorgeous. Cello also is one of the top producing German sires producing both top males and also two VA females at the 1990 Sieger show.

World Sieger Mark Haus Beck's line is a prominent sire line producing such greats as German Sieger Kimon v. Dan Alhedy's Hoeve and  VA 2 Karly von Arminius, and goes back to VA Fedor v Arminius, and 2x's World Sieger Uran v Wildsteiger Land.

Ylsa beauty and wonderful conformation is shown in her show record. She has received the top rating  in every conformation championship entered  including the national level USA Sieger Shows in 1995, 1996, and 1997.
